Michael has worked in African affairs for over eight years. During this period he has worked with Government, The Private Sector and Third Sector giving him a 360 African experience. In his younger years, he lived in Senegal, Ethiopia, Ghana, and Yemen, as well as visiting Rwanda, Cote'd'Ivoire, Tunisia and Kenya for work.
He is currently the Senior Account Manager at Invest in Africa, a not-for-profit organisation that seeks to create thriving African Markets by helping investors find credible local businesses and growing African business by connecting them to Markets, Skills and Finance.
Edward Effah is the Board Chairman of Fidelity Bank; The Fidelity Group was established by Edward in October 1998 after a successful career as a senior finance executive. He successfully brought to Fidelity over fifteen years of experience in senior executive positions in finance and treasury management.
Edward is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
In March 2001, Edward was selected as one of the best twenty young leaders in Ghana for the inaugural class of the Ghana chapter of the Africa Leadership Initiative, modeled after the Aspen Institutes' highly successful Henry Crown Fellowship Program.

Rahul Gopinath is the Regional Director for Ecom Agro Industrial Corporation for the African Region. Hi is also the Global Director responsible for new commodities and businesses.
Rahul is a passionate believer that agri-businesses can create prosperity and increased wealth in rural communities through base of the pyramid solutions. Rahul’s team in Africa has been working on innovative solutions on medium and long term financing of rural communities, building knowledge and capacity and insurance solution which take care of life risks.
Rahul has previously worked with Armajaro Holdings and Olam International in multiple countries in Africa, London and Singapore. Rahul is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. He is an engineer by training and has worked with IBM and the Indian Space Research Organisation.
Mr Akwasi Ababio is the current director of Diaspora Office of the President of Ghana. Responsible for managing and coordinating the Homeland/Diaspora relationship. He also mobilises and harness the Ghanaian diaspora for national socio-economic development.
MR Ababio is a Certified Architect with over 20 years’ experience in the IT/Financial/Insurance Industry who worked as a Principal Consultant for Capgemini and have worked on a number of prestigious projects Royal Sun Alliance/Codan, RSA/Trygg-Hansa – Försäkringar in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, in Switzerland for Zurich Financial Services. Länsförsäkringar (LF Bank and Insurance Company) in Sweden, Allianz (Mondial Assistance) in UK and lately, MS Amlin - a Lloyds of London Syndicate.
